Company of Makers awarded funding

We have successfully bid to the Armed Forces Community Covenant Fund to deliver ‘maker’s workshops’ at Shore Leave Haslar, Gosport; where unwanted furniture will be (re)manufactured by Veterans. Each piece will have an accompanying certificate detailing the story of the Veteran maker.

Participants will work with CoM’s team to ensure the design and quality are of the highest standard and desirability.

Products will be sold with the provenance ‘Hand Re-Made by Veterans’, through high street retailers, independent stores and online.
