Collection & Delivery

How do I arrange collection and delivery?

Can I bring in my uniform to your studio?

Yes. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a mutually convenient time.

Can I collect my completed order from your studio?

Yes. Just get in touch and we’ll arrange a mutually convenient time.

Do I need to visit your studio in Portsmouth?

No. We can do everything over the phone. Get in touch for more info.

Do you accept orders from overseas?

Yes. As long as you can send us your uniform and cover the costs of shipping to wherever you are in the world.

How long do they take from ordering to delivery/collection?

Usually 6 to 8 weeks. If it’s for a special occasion just get in touch and we’ll work with you to get it made on time.

How much are shipping costs in the UK?

It varies depending on the weight and size of the parcel. We can get a quote from DPD before we dispatch the product.

Can I order a gift experience?

Can I order online?

No. We need to be able to talk to you to discuss your requirements. We can arrange a mutually convenient time by email. All we ask is that you email us some photos of your uniform before we talk on the phone.

Can I see the design before you go ahead?

Yes. All our designs are hand illustrated prior to making your product which we email to you for approval.

Can I send you photos of my uniform?

Yes. We ask all customers to email photos of their uniform to us before we talk on the phone.

Can you do a consultation over the phone?

Yes. We just need to arrange a mutually convenient time to call you.

Can you make a cushion from my Dad’s uniform?

Yes. We ask all our customers to complete a simple consent form that verifies that you’re the owner of the uniform and you give us permission to work on the uniform.

Do you make products other than cushions?

Yes. If you have an idea that you’d like us to make just get in touch.

This is a surprise gift/present – How does this work?

Just get in touch and we’ll arrange everything in total secrecy with you.

Do I need my own uniform?

Yes. You need to provide the uniform. If you’re struggling just get in touch and we’ll give you a helping hand.

Do I need to have my uniform cleaned?

Yes. We ask all our customers to ensure the uniform is clean before we take delivery of the uniform.

Do you only work with military uniforms?

No. We work with lots of different uniforms.

Do you provide the uniform?

No. You need to provide the uniform. If you’re struggling just get in touch and we’ll give you a helping hand.

Do you work with ‘blue light’ uniforms?

Yes.
